Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona $89,000 Support for a second year for the STARS Mentoring Children of Incarcerated Parents program to provide mentors to 200 children, ages 6 to 18, who have a parent or close relative in prison.
Bridging AZ Furniture Bank, Inc. $30,000 Support for a third year to expand services to 200 families moving from transitional to permanent housing in the central and east Valley.
Central Arizona Shelter Services, Inc. $50,000 Support for a third year to expand dental services to 1,200 homeless men and women and 600 children on the Human Services Campus in south central Phoenix.

* Foothills Animal Rescue, Inc. $50,000 Support to provide in-house veterinary treatment, shelter, care and adoption for over 600 cats and dogs in Maricopa County.
Grand Canyon Wildlands Council $100,000 Support for the Tribal and Citizen Science Volunteer program, in collaboration with the Museum of Northern Arizona, to help sustain wildlife and habitats of the Mogollon Rim.
Habitat for Humanity of the West Valley $150,000 Support to build 37 homes to facilitate affordable homeownership for low-income families in Avondale.
* International Rescue Committee $40,000 Support to purchase two 15-passenger vans to transport over 750 newly arrived and resettled refugees to medical appointments, employment training classes and English learning programs each year in Maricopa County.
* Keogh Health Foundation $90,000 Support over three years for the Health-e-Kids program to inform and enroll 1,200 eligible, low-income students and families in state-sponsored health care programs.
* National Advocacy & Training Network $60,000 Support for the SEEDs program to provide transitional housing, case management, support groups, life skills and legal advocacy services for 54 women annually who are fleeing domestic violence and recovering from substance abuse.
* Native American Fatherhood & Families Association $66,000 Support to establish a Fathers' Resource Center to provide 600 Native American and non-Native fathers with parenting classes, mentoring, educational workshops, family law clinics and anger management courses in the east Valley.
New Dawn Livestock Rescue & Sanctuary, Inc. $30,000 Support to purchase feed and provide veterinary and farrier care to meet the nutritional and medical needs of 125 rescued domestic animals.

Rehoboth Community Development Corporation $55,000 Support for a second year of the PEACE program to provide 128 teen parents and foster-care youth in west Phoenix with independent living skills workshops.
Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS, Inc. $100,000 Support to develop a $7 to $9 million capital campaign and major gifts fundraising program.
St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance $500,000 Support for the $10 million Ending Hunger, Changing Lives Capital Campaign to renovate and expand existing warehouse locations and build a service training facility for the Community Kitchen program.
Stardust Non-Profit Building Supplies $100,000 Support to open a third discount building materials store in north Phoenix to assist more than 300 families and individuals.
* The Sierra Club Foundation $40,000 Support for the Sonoran Desert National Monument through the formation of a volunteer support group and completion of an environmental impact analysis and recreational use plan.
* Toby House, Inc. $90,000 Support for a new thrift store on the agency's current residential treatment and administrative campus in central Phoenix, which will offer 10 severely mentally ill clients employment training and provide unrestricted agency revenue.
Valley Christian Centers, Inc. $84,000 Support for the Suspension Intervention Program that provides structured educational programs and case management to 300 suspended students, kindergarten through eighth grade, in south central Phoenix.
