Martin Luther King, Jr. Multi-Service Center $50,000 Support to assist individuals and families with utilities, food, rent/mortgage assistance and public transportation expenses, to provide hot meals to clients in daily programs, for computer technology, and to purchase a bus to increase access to programming for youth and seniors.
Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center $50,000 Support to expand evening and weekend hours to provide basic needs and employment assistance for low- and moderate-income individuals and families and to purchase a phone system.
Shepherd Community, Inc. $50,000 Support to expand client services that include tax preparation two evenings a week and changing the food pantry hours from Wednesday to Saturday mornings.
Southeast Community Services $50,000 Support for administrative expenses and to provide housing, utilities, and medical and food assistance to clients.
