Indiana Mothers' Milk Bank, Inc. $50,000 Support for a third year to receive and process human milk to nourish premature and sick infants.
Indiana Natural Resources Foundation $45,000 Support for the Hoosier Outdoor Expo to educate 1,000 central Indiana third graders and 10,000 family members about outdoor skills and natural resource conservation at Fort Harrison State Park.
Indiana Special Olympics, Inc. $94,000 Support over two years to establish the Youth Games program to introduce students from six Marion County schools, both with and without intellectual disabilities, to the benefits of Special Olympics.
Indianapolis Children's Choir $15,225 Support for a partnership with the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir and the Department of Correction to provide a pilot program for approximately 30 children of incarcerated fathers to express their feelings through music.
* Indianapolis Institute for Families, Inc. $100,000 Support over two years to expand the Healing with Horses program to assist 100 Marion County children who are victims of abuse and neglect and/or have special needs.
National Audubon Society $80,000 Support to develop four interrelated conservation initiatives in Indiana to benefit threatened birds and address water quality issues in urban, rural and agricultural settings.
Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, Inc. $75,000 Support for a third year to expand the Immigrants in Crisis Project to assist at least 1,400 new immigrant families who are victims of human trafficking, violent crime and/or domestic violence.
* Networks Financial Institute at Indiana State University $99,000 Support to pilot a web-based financial literacy program for 300 elementary students in 10 classrooms at five Marion County schools.
Rebuilding the Wall, Inc. $50,000 " Support to purchase a warehouse for building supplies and staff offices for a neighborhood-based housing development organization to better assist low-income families as they work toward home ownership.
Society of St. Vincent de Paul $200,000 Support for a new roof for the food pantry located on the near northeast side of Indianapolis.
Southeast Community Services $55,000 Support to upgrade the agency's computer lab with updated ESL software to assist 100 unemployed and underemployed individuals seeking job training.
St. Vincent Hospital Foundation, Inc. $75,000 Support for a second year to expand A Fresh Start To Life program, as part of the OB/GYN service of the St. Vincent Primary Care Center, to serve approximately 900 low-income expectant or new mothers and fathers, and their babies and families.
Step-Up, Inc. $85,000 Support over two years to expand HIV/STD prevention and life skills training to at least 1,000 incarcerated women just prior to their release from prison.
The Domestic Violence Network of Greater Indianapolis $75,000 Support to establish a self-sufficiency fund for approximately 90 victims of domestic abuse.
Training, Inc. $50,000 Support to provide job training opportunities to 33 low-income individuals preparing to enter the workforce.
* Women In Motion, Inc. $10,000 Support to provide HIV/AIDS prevention education to 600 at-risk women and teens on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
