Welcome to this special edition of Connections that introduces the Trust’s 2009 annual report.
Following the positive feedback we received last year, we again are publishing our annual report online and releasing it without final audited financial statements. (We will post them on the Trust’s web site later this summer and announce their availability through Connections.)
In this time of ongoing economic stress, those most impacted are families and individuals whose social networks and financial resources were already weak. Through collaboration, the Trust is continuing to leverage organizational impact to reach those most in need. Investing over the longer horizon to change lives, preserve the natural environment and enrich communities also remains a strategy.
Because we have common community interests, it is our hope you will forward this e-mail to your colleagues, trustees and others whom you think would be interested in knowing more about the Trust and especially its grants profile.
